German Speaking Customer Service Advisor
£24,500
Nottingham (hybrid)
Hours: 36.25 per week Monday to Friday

Permanent contract

Harper Recruitment Group is working in partnership with a Global company who are looking for 3 German Speaking Customer Service Advisors to support their wholesale and retail customers. You will be the key contact via email, telephone, and online chat to support the customers shopping journey.

What will the role involve?
  1. Communicating with customers via email, telephone and online
  2. Assisting customers with a range of enquiries including; order taking, product knowledge, tracking deliveries, returns, refunds, sizing, and quality queries
  3. Successfully managing multiple tasks to promptly solve customer queries
  4. Working closely with marketing, retail, and other teams to improve customer satisfaction
  5. Discussing new products and promotions with customers
  6. Updating in-house computer systems
  7. Identifying ways to improve processes in order to enhance customer journey, brand loyalty and sales
  8. Other administrative or customer service tasks to support the wider teams
Who are we looking for?
  1. Fully fluent in German and English, able to communicate both verbally and in writing
  2. Customer-focused with proven customer service experience
  3. Able to work to customer service targets, metrics and KPIs
  4. Experience using Microsoft Office including Excel
