German Speaking Customer Service Administrator

Join this dynamic team as a Customer Service Administrator for a major manufacturer based near Scunthorpe.

THE BENEFITS:

THE ROLE:

  1. Seamlessly process customer orders from start to finish, ensuring accuracy at every step - from order receipt to invoicing.
  2. Be the friendly face behind the brand, nurturing relationships with existing customers and warmly welcoming new enquiries.
  3. Coordinate with carriers and freight forwarders.
  4. Keep customer files up to date on SAP and related software, maintaining up-to-date product and pricing information.

THE CANDIDATE:
  1. German Speaker.
  2. Experience working in a fast paced sales and logistics office environment and is capable of making quick decisions that are right for the company and the customer.
  3. Good understanding of the transit of goods from overseas, import and export documentation.
  4. Brand ambassador who lives and breathes the company values.
  5. Proficient on email, Word and Excel.
  6. Attention to detail.
  7. Be prepared to take on a variety of tasks.
  8. Experience with SAP/ SAP S/4 Hana desirable.
