Main duties:
Ensure high-quality customer service and contribute to the success of the German Sales team through effective support.
The role:
– Respond to all customer enquires via email and phone
– Provide product information as requested
– Be responsible for sale orders, credit requests, product availability and shipping information
– Keep records up to date
– Liaise with suppliers as needed
– Support the sales team by providing information to the customers, send out samples and prepare price lists
Candidate's Profile
– Fluent in German (written and spoken ) essential
– Previous experience not required
– Excellent communication skills
– Proactive, solution driven and ability to work as part of a team
– IT literate
