As a German Speaking Customer Experience Specialist, you will provide best-in-class service to both B2B and D2C customers, supporting order management, returns, and customer engagement in a high-volume environment.
You will collaborate with internal teams, troubleshoot issues, and maintain the highest levels of service and satisfaction for their valued European customers.
