We're on the lookout for someone at graduate level (or with similar experience) who's eager to dive into the world of finance, working in a fast-paced, international environment. You'll be part of a team that sits at the heart of the business, ensuring that customer accounts are in order and building relationships that really matter.

This role is all about bringing together your attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and German language skills-and putting them to good use. You'll:

1. Review and manage accounts receivable-keeping a close eye on ageing reports and account balances.
2. Get hands-on in resolving payment issues, working directly with customers to find solutions.
3. Liaise with collections agencies, as well as internal teams like Sales and Customer Service, when payments need that extra push.
4. Own the query resolution process, responding to ad hoc questions and helping to improve the customer journey.
5. Play a part in cash application, credit and invoice processing, and digging into remittance errors-helping everything run smoothly behind the scenes.
6. Support on finance, audit, and continuous improvement projects, gaining exposure to different areas of the business as you grow.

Profile

First and foremost-you must speak fluent German. That's the one non-negotiable. Whether you've grown up speaking it or mastered it through study and experience, your language skills will be a huge asset here and will be used daily.
