German-speaking Consumer Relations Representative (5 months FTC)

The Role:

As the Consumer Relations Representative, you will provide seamless customer service across our brands: HOKA, UGG, Teva.

We are seeking friendly and courteous team members to act as advocates for our brands when communicating with consumers via telephone, email, web chat, and social media.

This is a multi-lingual role requiring written and oral fluency in German and English.

Your Impact:

  1. Provide excellent, proactive customer service at all contact points, ensuring seamless communication via telephone, email, web chat, and social media.
  2. Act as a country specialist for your market, advising on current trends and local knowledge.
  3. Collaborate closely with the Customer Resolution team to ensure order fulfillment.
  4. Utilize and analyze consumer feedback to drive process improvements and enhance the consumer experience.
  5. Participate in consumer experience projects within the wider business.
  6. Promote a 'One team' spirit by demonstrating teamwork and supporting colleagues.

  3. Availability to start on 8 September 2025.
  4. Fluency in written and oral German and English is essential.
