German Speaking Business Support Specialist

Location: Portsmouth

Salary: Up to £27,000 per annum plus benefits

A multinational corporation with their headquarters in the US that designs, develops, and sells a variety of specialty products exclusively to markets worldwide.

Main Duties:

  1. Provide business support to the German sales team and serve as the first point of contact for international accounts.
  2. Respond to enquiries via phone and email, providing outstanding customer service.
  3. Process customer orders and ensure accurate data entry.
  4. Arrange the transport and delivery of orders.
  5. Proactively recommend and implement improvements to administrative procedures.
  6. Perform reporting as needed.
  7. Handle administrative duties as required.

Candidate's Profile:

  1. Fluent in German (written and spoken) is essential.
  2. Customer service/administrative experience is beneficial.
  3. Excellent communication skills.
