German speaking Business Analyst
Location: London
Hybrid work: 2 days working from home
Salary: up to £42,000 per annum
Ref: 744KZ

Main duties:
Support project teams by performing strategic analysis and delivering key insights that influence client decision-making.

The role:
– Collaborate closely with Project Leaders and Partners to understand client challenges
– Structure and perform detailed analyses and primary research to uncover actionable insights
– Translate complex data into clear, practical recommendations
– Present findings and contribute to team and client meetings
– Engage frequently with senior executives due to a flat organisational structure
– Participate actively in the firm’s entrepreneurial ecosystem, including MVP design and venture development
– Build strong client relationships by understanding their needs and challenges
– Develop technical and methodological skills, including advanced Excel and programming
– Travel across Europe as needed
