Overview

A German-speaking After-school Nanny is needed by this lovely family based in Lambeth, London, to assist them in caring for their school-aged child. An ideal candidate will be someone mature and experienced. A German speaker is a big bonus, though not essential. The ideal candidate is active, caring, and comfortable navigating short commutes with children.

Requirements

A valid first aid qualification is a requirement for this position.

Working hours

Three days a week:

• Tuesday 5 pm-6:30 pm
• Thursday 4:30 pm - 6:30 pm
• Available to choose between: Monday 4:30 to 6:30 pm, Wednesday 3:15 pm or 4:30 to 6:30 pm, Friday 3:15 pm to 6:30 pm

Duties

• School pick-up
• After-school care

• Engaging the child in age-appropriate, structured activities
• Providing emotional support and encouragement
• Light tidying related to the child
• Preparing healthy snacks/meals for the child
