Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday
Location: Hybrid (Watford office & home, 2-3 days per week)

What You'll Be Doing
- Be the Client Hero: You\'ll be the go-to person for your own portfolio of clients, building strong, lasting relationships and ensuring their needs are met—every time.
- Drive Success: Manage contracts, monitor recurring revenue, and help clients get the most from our products and services.
- Collaborate & Coordinate: Work closely with teams across Service, Sales, Engineering, and more to deliver seamless solutions.
- Spot Opportunities: Identify ways to grow accounts, upsell, and keep customers engaged and delighted.
- Solve Problems: Tackle challenges head-on, find creative solutions, and turn tricky situations into positive outcomes.
What We're Looking For
- Languages: Fluent in German and English (business level, written and spoken). Bonus points for any other European languages!
- People Skills: You love working with people, building rapport, and resolving issues with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Experience: Background in customer service, account management, or business administration.
- Communication: Clear, confident, and persuasive—both in writing and in person.
- Organisation: You thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple priorities with ease.
- Tech Savvy: Experience with SAP, Salesforce, and MS Office is a plus.
