Job Description

The main responsibilities for the German Speaker Business Administrator role are:

  • Administer the setup of new clients and organise VAT & EPR registration documents.
  • Communicate seamlessly with clients, colleagues, and external partners via phone and email.
  • Stay updated on industry changes through self-education to maintain expertise.
  • Handle ad-hoc administration tasks efficiently.
  • Maintain transparent internal communication for optimal customer experience.
  • Organise and update internal systems with relevant information.
  • Monitor and meet deadlines, managing daily tasks and additional requirements.
  • Manage a diverse client portfolio with high standards.
