Our client is an industry-leading recruitment consultancy in life sciences and engineering recruitment in West London. They are currently massively expanding so are looking for German-speaking Recruiters to source candidates for their clients.

As a German-speaking Recruitment Consultant you will ideally already have experience in sales and take pride and responsibility in your work or you are a fresh graduate looking to kick-start your career in sales. This role would require you to go into the office twice a week, with a great hybrid scheme. They offer excellent training and a very competitive commission structure.

Responsibilities include:

• Actively searching for talent in candidate’s pool or on social media channels
• Helping clients with the organisation of the recruitment process
• Developing new business relationships with clients in Europe
• Clear progression structure within the company

Profile:

• Fluency in written and spoken German and English.
