We are hiring for either German or French speaking Recruitment Consultants to join a specialist recruitment agency from the energy sector, developing their business in the German or French speaking countries of Europe.

The Opportunity:
Due to ongoing expansion, they are hiring for either French or German Speaking Recruitment Consultant to join their team. You’ll work on recruitment assignments across Europe, primarily in Germany and Switzerland, focusing on the Energy and related sectors.

Responsibilities of the job:

  • Manage the full 360° recruitment cycle
  • Source and select candidates via LinkedIn, social media, CRM, and job boards
  • Build and maintain client relationships in the DACH region
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs
  • Screen and qualify candidates via phone interviews
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews
  • Post job ads and manage your professional presence on LinkedIn



Candidate Profile:

  • Fluent in either French or German
  • Previous recruitment experience - any sector
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Ambitious, competitive, and driven by success
  • Strong knowledge or interest in European/DACH business culture


Salary and Benefits:
Base Salary: c£30,000 - £45,000 (negotiable). Uncapped commission - OTE £50,000 - £100,000.
