Job Description:

This is a wonderful opportunity for a GERMAN Sales & Relationship Manager to join a fast-growth documentary & film agency that specializes in producing corporate advertising films and videos. It’s a very creative and fast-paced work environment and the company is the winner of many awards. This role is a sales position - partly new business development and partly existing client management with upselling.

TITLE: GERMAN Sales & Relationship Manager
LOCATION: London (City)
Work Style: This is an office-based role
Hours: 8.30-5pm Mon-Fri
Salary: £45,000 p/a – (£47,000) + double OTE (expected earnings in year one will be £90k) + generous holiday (25 days + 8 bank holidays + additional closure over Christmas)

The Company: Creative media agency that specializes in creating ad films and videos. You will join an international team in which you will nurture an existing client base and look to develop and expand those relationships. The company prioritizes the development of genuine partnerships with their clients, helping them to drive important messaging and creating engaging and attractive short films, documentaries, and videos that embody important messages in a way that emotionally resonates with an audience.

Nothing engages and excites more than watching a fabulous film! No other communication tool can get emotional responses from an audience as quickly and effectively as a documentary… pictures have more impact than words and this is the environment in which you will add value to your clients.

Essential Requirements:

  • German to native standard
  • Previous sales experience
  • A passion for film would be helpful!

Duties:

  • Relationship Management of a portfolio of clients based in the DACH Region
  • Collaborate closely with creative and production teams to execute a unified vision for each project
  • Courtesy call clients and introduce yourself. Take a deep dive into your clients' organizations
  • Liaise with the creative teams and filmmakers to ensure that the message that the clients want to communicate is reflected in the final video or film
  • Liaise with various departments to make sure the finished product meets expectations
  • Pitch fresh ideas, ask for referrals from a satisfied client
  • You will need to work to sales revenue generation targets

Requirements:

  • Fluent German
  • Sales experience (essential)
  • Happy to be 100% office-based
