Midlands Care is recruiting a Day Health Care Assistant at The New Wycliffe in Leicester. You will provide personal care to residents, prioritising their independence, dignity and privacy while adhering to care policies.

This role offers full-time or part-time positions with training, induction including the Care Certificate, and ongoing development through our Learning Academy. A DBS check will be completed during recruitment.

Qualifications

• No prior experience is necessary as full training will be provided.
• Experience in a similar environment welcomed.
• Team-oriented attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and commitment to high-quality care.
• Ability to adhere to established policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Enhanced DBS Check will be undertaken as part of recruitment.

Responsabilités

• Prioritise person-centred care, promoting residents' independence, dignity and privacy.
• Adhere to policies, procedures and practices within a care environment.
• Work collaboratively with the care team to foster a positive, supportive environment.
• Participate in training programmes throughout the year, including Care Certificate induction.
• Complete induction programme and enrol in the Care Certificate to enhance care delivery.
• Be available for full-time or part-time shift patterns.
