You will sit in the Senior Management Team, shaping strategy and driving performance across residential, industrial and infrastructure sectors.

The role requires strong leadership, broad technical expertise in ground investigation, foundations, earthworks, and contaminated land, and a track record of delivering complex projects and winning

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in civil/geotechnical/environmental engineering or related field.
• Significant leadership experience in geotechnical/geo-environmental projects.
• Strong communication and report-writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership across geotechnical and geo-environmental activities.
• Lead project delivery from feasibility to close-out.
• Mentor and develop multidisciplinary teams and manage budgets.
• Support bids, proposals and client engagement to drive growth.
