This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading Ground Investigation contractor based Aberdeen on a variety of exciting geotechnical and geo-environmental projects across Scotland. If you have experience in ground investigation and a degree in geology, geotechnical engineering, geoscience or environmental engineering, this is the next step for you!

The Geotechnical Engineer selected will be working on a variety of ground investigation projects. You'll be overseeing site investigations, borehole logging and coring, ground water and gas monitoring, factual report writing and liaising with team members.

The Geotechnical Engineer selected will be offered:

To be considered for this Geotechnical Engineer position you should have:

  • A degree in a relevant subject, for example geology, geotechnical engineering, geoscience, environmental engineering or civil engineering.
  • Experience as a geotechnical/geo-environmental engineer.
  • Commutable to Aberdeen and around.
  • Full UK driving licence, as travelling to site will be essential.
  • Full right to work in the UK.
