Geotechnical Engineer

Our client is seeking a Geotechnical Engineer to join their team in Esher.

With convenient access to central London and operations across the UK, our client is renowned for their innovation, initiative, and technical expertise. They work closely with clients to provide personalized service and successful outcomes, with extensive experience in temporary works and refurbishment within the building and civil engineering sectors.

Responsibilities include:

1. Managing projects concerning technical, commercial, and safety aspects with support from senior staff.
2. Producing cost-effective designs under guidance.
3. Reviewing and checking designs prepared by others.
4. Communicating effectively with site teams and internally.

Key Skills:

• Experience in civil, structural, or geotechnical engineering design.
• Proficiency with basic design tools (2D CAD, Excel, Word).
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work to meet deadlines and quality standards.
