Qualifications

• Deliver high-quality teaching and assessment across level 3 and level 6 programmes.
• Design and deliver lectures, practical sessions, and field-based training in core geospatial topics.
• Work with apprenticeships to align curriculum with apprenticeship standards.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging lectures, practical sessions, and field-based training in core geospatial surveying topics.
• Contribute to development of existing and new modules to reflect industry practice and tech (drone photogrammetry, TLS, GNSS).
• Work with apprenticeships team to ensure curriculum aligns with apprenticeship standards.
• Propose short, commercial or CPD courses for industry.
• Engage in scholarly activity and/or research to maintain currency.
• Participate in administrative duties related to teaching and departmental management.
• Liaise with industry partners to ensure the curriculum meets employer needs.
