Job description

  • GCSE or equivalent: 5 GCSEs including Maths, English, and preferably Geography (Grade 4) essential.
  • Positive and proactive attitude.

STRABAG - More than just a construction company

  • Assist the surveyor on site at a range of client premises with collecting site data such as ground levels, buildings, service covers, trees, and street furniture.
  • Plan and prepare a Geospatial project brief from the client’s specifications, employing best practice geospatial techniques.
  • Set up and operate the latest survey technology under the guidance of a surveyor (including the Total Station, GPS, laser scanners, and underground utility detection equipment).
  • Undertake setting out under the guidance of a surveyor on site.
  • Carry out all work in accordance with health and safety and other legal requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with the company's policies and procedures.
