Job summary

Tailored Talent Ltd. is seeking an experienced Assistant Survey Manager for an office-based role in Leamington Spa, Warwickshire.

You will support day-to-day survey operations, assist in quotations, and coordinate survey crews across live projects. The role requires proven land/topographical/measured building surveying experience, strong proficiency with Total Stations and AutoCAD, and a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience within land, topographical, or measured building surveying.
• Excellent working knowledge of Total Stations and AutoCAD.
• Full UK driving licence essential for this Assistant Survey Manager role.
• Membership in RICS, AssocRICS, TCICES, or MCICES preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Survey Manager with day-to-day survey operations and planning.
• Assist in preparing accurate quotations for prospective survey projects.
• Brief, monitor, and debrief survey crews across live projects.
• Liaise directly with clients on project requirements and progress.
• Check completed deliverables for accuracy and specification compliance.
• Support and direct CAD Technicians and administrative staff.
• Deputise for the Survey Manager when required.
