Job summary

Idox is seeking an experienced Product Leader to shape and drive a portfolio of geospatial and environmental software products. You will own vision, strategy, and roadmaps for groundMapper, CAMS, CMSi, HBMSR, and more, while leading Product Owners and liaising with customers and executives to maximise value.

You will build rigorous cost/benefit analyses, defend ROI models, and prioritise investments within a fast-paced, autonomous environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management within software/SaaS.
• Proven experience managing Product Owners or similar professionals.
• Strong commercial and ROI modelling capability.

Responsibilities

• Own portfolio vision, strategy, and roadmap across multiple software products.
• Lead a team of Product Owners and coach for delivery and governance.
• Align product strategy with customer needs and business goals.
• Drive cost/benefit analysis and investment prioritisation.
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing, and other stakeholders.
