Your profile

  • Expertise in Electronic Total Station systems (Trimble), including building and ground movement measurements, setting out, data analysis, and error propagation.
  • Ability to interpret design drawings and data extraction, and to record and check third-party as-built data.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience delivering multi-million-pound projects.
  • Experience leading weekly progress meetings and providing detailed reports.
  • Experience resolving technical challenges in collaboration with design and engineering teams.
  • Knowledge of NEC contracts and management of Early Warning Notices and Compensation Events.
  • Good understanding of building products, construction details, and regulations.
  • Familiarity with construction software such as Trimble Business Systems, FieldView, 4P, Dalux, and Asta is desirable.
  • Knowledge of other survey instruments (Leica, Topcon, etc.) is beneficial.
