Job summary

The West of England Mayoral Combined Authority seeks a Geospatial Officer to join the Digital & Data team. You will ensure high data quality across inputs/outputs, develop our geospatial data catalogue, and support diverse projects with technical GIS expertise.

Daily work includes responding to GIS/data requests, curating datasets, and solving geospatial challenges while working both in a team and independently. The role includes a GIS test as part of the assessment process.

Qualifications

• Experience with geospatial data quality and catalogue development.
• Ability to interpret GIS outputs and translate into actionable data insights.
• Strong problem solving and independent working skills.
