Job summary

The Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (Defra) is seeking a Change and Benefits Manager to join the Change Directorate. You will help modernise ways of working, deliver the priority Geospatial Enabling Programme, and ensure benefits are identified, measured and realised across Defra and its arms-length bodies.

Based in Crewe or at a Defra Policy Hub, you will lead stakeholder engagement, provide guidance across the programme, and bridge programme teams with business users to

Responsibilities

• Proactively prepare the business for the impact of organisational change, ensuring the benefits justify investment are identified, quantified, tracked and realised across Defra and its Arm's Length Bodies.
• Act as a bridge between Programme Team teams and business users, supporting effective implementation, stakeholder engagement and sustainable change adoption.
• Provide leadership, guidance and assurance across the programme and ALBs to ensure intended outcomes are achieved and embedded.
