Qualifications

• Degree in geoscience or related discipline; master's/PhD preferred.
• 10 years of relevant experience.
• Strong geoscience expertise in stratigraphy, sedimentology, or reservoir characterization.
• Experience with subsurface datasets such as logs, seismic, maps, or models.
• Proficient in Python and ML libraries.
• Excellent communication with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of cutting-edge geoscience research for novel subsurface workflows.
• Translate geological concepts into robust computational methods with data scientists and product teams.
• Prototype AI-enabled workflows and proactively identify opportunities to advance domain technology.
• Validate predictive models using blind tests, real-world datasets, and product-relevant scenarios.
• Lead and contribute to technical presentations, publications, and internal knowledge sharing.
