Stantec is seeking a Geotechnical/Geoengineering professional to join our Geohazards & Rock Engineering team. You will plan and execute ground investigations, develop and interpret ground models, and provide geotechnical advice to design teams across UK projects.

Due to the nature and location of our current and future pipeline of work, this position would ideally be based in London, Reading or Cambridge, but we will consider other locations for the right candidate. Stantec offer flexible working arrangements and there is a typical requirement for attendance in the office three days a week.
As part of our team, you will be involved in a varied portfolio of projects, where you will apply your technical knowledge and expertise to plan and monitor ground investigations, develop and interpret ground models, manage data in GIS systems, provide geotechnical advice to clients and design teams, and oversee the delivery of specialist ground improvement schemes.
You would be joining a global team of specialists that reduce the impacts of geohazards, develop and preserve critical infrastructure, protect communities and safeguard the environment. You will contribute to projects that reduce the impacts of karstic ground instability, legacy mining hazards and landslides, managing complex ground conditions to deliver successful schemes.
