Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and high-quality Geography lessons across Key Stages 3-4 (and potentially KS5).
• Inspire a curiosity and understanding of the world and its people in our students.
• Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
• Contribute to the development of the Geography curriculum and fieldwork opportunities.
• Potential for a TLR for candidates demonstrating leadership potential in areas such as leading a key stage, fieldwork coordination, or departmental initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Degree in Geography or a closely related field.
• Proven ability to deliver engaging Geography lessons at secondary level (ECTs welcome to apply).
• Strong subject knowledge across physical and human geography.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated potential for leadership and taking on additional responsibilities within the Geography department (for TLR consideration).
