Role and Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop, and deliver high-quality lessons using varied approaches to continually enhance teaching and learning.
- Monitor student progress, maintain records of assessment outcomes and targets, and enable students to reach their full potential.
- Contribute to safeguarding and the welfare of children and young people, following all relevant policies and procedures.
- Ensure continuity, progression, and cohesiveness in all teaching activities.
- Set homework regularly to consolidate learning and promote student responsibility.
- Track student achievement and take appropriate actions based on outcomes.
- Model professional conduct and personal presentation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Geography or related field.
- Teaching certification or relevant qualifications.
- Proven experience teaching Geography at secondary or higher education levels.
- Strong knowledge of geographical theories, tools, and technologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
