Geography Teacher | 'Outstanding' Secondary School | Southwark

An 'Outstanding' Secondary School in the heart of Southwark is on the hunt for a Geography Teacher to join their fantastic Teaching Staff from September 2025. This is a Permanent, Full-Time role.

The Executive Head Teacher has commented that the school is all about the pupils and preparing them for the future, from skill sets to motivation. As a result, the Progress 8 Schools are well above average. This Secondary School is renowned across the Borough for the brilliant academics of pupils.

The Geography Department, in particular. One of the current Assistant Head Teachers used to be a Lead Practitioner of Geography in the Department - it is one of the most important aspects of the curriculum.

Geography is offered at a very high standard, including Further Geography at A-Level, and there are looking for an motivated Geography Teacher from September 2025 to make a positive difference. There are also opportunities for additional TLRs including: Key Stage Co-ordinator, Subject Lead and Pastoral Responsibilities.
