Responsibilities

• Inspire and motivate students in secondary education
• Collaborate with a team of secondary teachers
• Potential TLR opportunities: KS3 Coordinator and Pastoral Responsibilities
• Provide 1:1 mentorship and participate in bespoke ECT induction and training

Candidate Requirements

• UK QTS or in the process of obtaining it
• Strong academic background: Degree, A Levels, GCSEs
• Meet the 8 Teaching Standards at a 'Good' or 'Outstanding' level
• Ability to work effectively within a large team
