At Clarus Education, we are seeking an enthusiastic Geography Teacher to join our all-through independent school in Barnet from September 2025.

The Role: Geography Teacher

  • Teach Geography across a range of age groups (primary and secondary phases)
  • Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons that foster curiosity and achievement in Geography, RE and PSHE
  • Assess, monitor, and support student progress
  • Contribute to curriculum development and enrichment opportunities
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to promote a positive and inclusive learning environment

About You: Geography Teacher

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching Geography. RE and PSHE is desireable
  • Open to teachers on MPS or UPS (Outer London)
  • Able to inspire and motivate students of all abilities
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills
  • Commitment to the values and ethos of independent education
  • Willingness to contribute to the wider life of the school
