An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and knowledgeable Geography Teacher to join a committed and forward-thinking Humanities department. We are looking for a dedicated educator who can bring geography to life in the classroom and inspire a love of the subject in students. Starting September 2025.

Duties as a Geography Teacher:

• Deliver high-quality geography lessons across KS3 and KS4

• Create engaging and inclusive learning experiences that promote curiosity about the world

• Use assessment data effectively to support student progress and achievement

• Contribute to the planning and development of the geography curriculum

• Play an active role in the wider school community and enrichment opportunities

Ideal Geography Teacher:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

• A degree in Geography or a closely related subject

• A thorough understanding of the national curriculum and current educational practices

• A commitment to fostering global awareness, sustainability, and critical thinking

• Strong classroom management and excellent communication skills as a Geography Teacher.
