Job summary

TipTopJob is seeking a Geoenvironmental Consultant based in Swindon. The role focuses on planning and delivering site investigations, supervising groundworks, and logging soils and rocks while preparing factual and interpretative reports.

You will support risk assessments, contaminated land assessments, and geotechnical design inputs across Swindon and the wider region, liaising with contractors, laboratories and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely on time and within budget.

Qualifications

Experience within the Geoenvironmental/remediation/geotechnical sector.
Full UK Driving Licence.
Live within a commutable distance of Swindon.

Responsibilities

Plan and deliver site investigations.
Supervise groundworks and log soils and rocks.
Prepare factual and interpretative reports.

We are are actively looking for a Geoenvironmental Consultant to join a well:established consultancy delivering high:quality ground investigation and environmental services.
Based in Swindon, this role offers the chance to work on varied infrastructure, development, and regeneration schemes while building strong technical and client:facing skills.
As a Geoenvironmental Consultant, you will be involved in the planning and delivery of site investigations, supervision of groundworks, logging of soils and rocks, and the preparation of factual and interpretative reports.
You will have the opportunity to support risk assessments, contaminated land assessments, and geotechnical design inputs on projects across Swindon and the wider region.
The Geoenvironmental Consultant will work closely with senior engineers and project managers, contributing to proposal preparation, data interpretation, and project coordination.
