Job Description:
Ecologia is a multidisciplinary, Brownfield Award-winning geo-environmental and contaminated land specialist undertaking site investigations and remediation projects across the UK and Europe.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and deliver multiple projects concurrently, on time and within budget, with an understanding of financial management at a project level.
- Prepare factual geo-environmental and interpretative contaminated land reports including Desk Studies, Phase II Site Investigations, remediation strategies, and verification reports.
- Exhibit excellent written and numerical skills, including report writing, data interpretation, and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and specific software such as Holebase, AutoCAD, Surfer, etc.
- Demonstrate site work competency with an understanding of Health & Safety procedures and requirements.
- Organize and manage resources, mentor junior staff, and supervise geo-environmental ground investigations as needed.
- Assist in producing proposals and tenders.
- Report to the consultancy department head and collaborate with other service lines at Sittingbourne and other offices.
Qualifications:
- Degree-qualified in an appropriate discipline, ideally with a relevant Master’s degree.
- At least 4-5 years of experience in geo-environmental consultancy, capable of managing projects from initial design to completion.
- Flexible attitude, enthusiasm, and drive to fulfill role requirements.
- Ability to work remotely and as part of a wider team.
- Excellent communication skills (including with clients and regulators), organization, and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel and hold a full UK/EC driving license.

- Salary up to £45,000 depending on experience.
