Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled

Geo-Environmental Manager

for a 6-month contract based in

Yorkshire . This role is ideal for an experienced professional with a strong background in

waste classification, treatment methodologies, remediation techniques, and contaminated land assessment . You will play a pivotal role in managing complex earthworks and contaminated land projects, working with multidisciplinary teams across both office and site environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee geo-environmental site investigations and risk assessments.

Classify waste materials in accordance with relevant legislation and guidance (WM3).

Provide expert input into the selection and application of remedial treatment techniques.

Supervise earthworks and site remediation activities ensuring compliance with environmental regulations.

Liaise with stakeholders, regulators, and contractors to ensure project objectives are met.

Prepare technical reports, remediation strategies, and verification documentation.
