We’re looking for an experienced Associate to join our growing team. If you’re passionate about unlocking land potential through responsible environmental risk management, remediation, and technical leadership – this is your next step.

This is a key role within our established geo-environmental team, where you’ll lead complex projects, guide clients through land risk challenges, and mentor consultants across exciting development and infrastructure schemes.

What You’ll Be Doing:

1. Managing contaminated land and environmental risk projects from feasibility to validation
2. Designing practical remediation strategies for development and regeneration sites
3. Providing expert advice on soil, groundwater, and pollutant linkages
4. Leading project delivery – on time, on budget, and with technical excellence
5. Collaborating with developers, planners, and regulators to deliver successful outcomes
6. Producing and reviewing high-quality reports (Phase I & II, remediation strategies, validation reports)
