Job summary
Penguin Recruitment Ltd in Bristol is seeking a Geo-Environmental Engineer to join a multidisciplinary environmental and engineering consultancy. The role covers contaminated land, geo-environmental, and brownfield redevelopment projects across the UK.
The successful candidate will have a relevant degree, UK regulatory knowledge, site investigation experience, strong report writing, and client-facing skills. Hybrid working and a competitive package are offered.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as Geo-Environmental Engineer or similar role.
- Degree in Environmental Science, Geology, Eng Geology or Geo-Environmental Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of contaminated land legislation and UK regulatory frameworks.
- Experience managing site investigations and contaminated land risk assessments.
- Excellent report writing and technical interpretation skills.
- Strong project management and client-facing experience.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Hold a full UK driving licence and have the right to work in the UK.
