Curtins seeks a Geo Environmental Engineer to join our Edinburgh-area team. You’ll work on site investigations, desk studies and design of ground investigations, with travel across Scotland.

Qualifications

• Hold a full driving license and be willing to travel and work outdoors.
• Have a relevant degree such as geosciences/geology (or equivalent) and actively work under a recognised professional Institution training pathway.
• Experience working on active sites in a similar environment.

The Role

As a geo environmental engineer, you’ll have some experience already of working alongside colleagues to unlock development sites with innovative ground engineering solutions.

Some duties will include:

• Attending sites across Scotland to conduct site investigations
• Conducting desk studies and designing ground investigations.
• Assisting with planning and design.
• Engaging in various projects across sectors, from heritage sites to modern developments.

The Right Fit

The ideal person will:
