Lucion is seeking a proactive Geo-Environmental Consultant to join our Bristol team. You will conduct Phase I/II assessments, evaluate soil and groundwater contamination, and prepare technical reports and remediation strategies.

The role involves delivering projects safely and engaging with clients and regulators to ensure compliance. We value a degree in Environmental Science or Geology, 3+ years of geo-environmental consultancy experience, strong report writing, and excellent communication

Qualifications

• Degree in Environmental Science, Geology or related field.
• 3+ years' experience in geo-environmental consultancy or contaminated land.
• Good knowledge of UK environmental regulations and contaminated land guidance.
• Experience with site investigation techniques, environmental sampling and data interpretation.
• Strong technical report writing skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence to engage with clients and stakeholders.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsabilités

• Conduct Phase I and Phase II environmental site assessments, including desk studies and ground investigations.
• Assess soil and groundwater contamination and perform environmental risk assessments.
• Prepare high-quality technical reports and remediation strategies.
• Deliver projects safely, efficiently, on time and within budget, in collaboration with senior staff.
• Liaise with clients, contractors and regulators to ensure compliance with regulations and best practice.
• Contribute to development of practical and innovative solutions for land contamination and environmental challenges.
