Are you a Geo-Environmental Consultant looking for a new, exciting, and technically challenging position in ground investigation and contaminated land? This geo-environmental consultancy, specialising in Phase I Desktop Studies and Phase II Site Investigation and Risk Assessments, is seeking an ambitious Geo-Environmental Consultant to join their team near Worcester.

The Geo-Environmental/Geotechnical Engineer will work on various projects, spending approximately 40% of their time in the office and the rest on technically challenging sites. Responsibilities include borehole logging, supervising ground investigations, conducting risk assessments and Phase I desktop studies, writing factual and interpretive reports, and performing in-situ testing. Prior experience in a geotechnical or geo-environmental role is essential.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Hold a degree in geology, geotechnical engineering, geoscience, or a related field
  • Have experience as a geotechnical or geo-environmental engineer or consultant
  • Possess excellent communication and time management skills
  • Hold a valid UK driving license
  • Be able to commute to Worcester
  • Be willing to travel to sites and work in the office
