Job summary

Starcom, part of Publicis Groupe, is hiring a GEO Account Manager for Publicis Media UK to navigate AI-powered discovery and GEO optimisation. You’ll explore brand visibility across AI search and generate practical recommendations in collaboration with specialists.

You will shape GEO approaches, manage client relationships, and present insights through concise narratives and data-driven storytelling. This role offers a pathway to influence performance marketing across multiple clients.

Qualifications

• Practical experience with GEO, AI visibility research or closely related AI search work.
• Experience using tools such as Profound, Peec AI, Semrush AI visibility products, or equivalent platforms, with the ability to interpret brand, prompt and citation-level findings.
• Clear, collaborative communication skills and confidence explaining complex findings to non-specialist audiences.
• Strong PowerPoint and storytelling skills, with the ability to turn research and data into simple, visually clear narratives.
• Sound analytical judgement, including the ability to identify patterns, develop hypotheses and make practical recommendations without overstating emerging GEO metrics.
• A curious and adaptable approach, with the confidence to explore unfamiliar problems, test new ideas and learn as the GEO landscape develops.Experience working across multiple stakeholders or workstreams; agency or multi-client consultancy experience would be useful but isn't essential.

Responsibilities

• Analyse brand visibility across AI search and LLM experiences, exploring prompts, citations, sources, competitor presence and answer quality.
• Turn complex GEO findings into clear insights and practical recommendations that clients can confidently act on.
• Build collaborative client relationships, helping stakeholders understand both the opportunities and limitations of GEO.
• Create concise, engaging PowerPoint presentations that bring data to life and clearly communicate the insight, impact and recommended next step.
• Develop prioritised GEO roadmaps and test-and-learn plans, working with content, digital PR, analytics and specialist teams to put ideas into action.
• Establish meaningful baselines and monitor indicators including brand visibility, mentions, citations and answer quality while clearly communicating data limitations.
• Own day-to-day projects and continue exploring new platforms, prompts and techniques, sharing what you learn to help strengthen the team's GEO approach.
