Wshgroup in London is seeking a Barista/GA to join our front-of-house team, delivering excellent coffee and customer service in a fast-paced environment. You will craft high-quality drinks, maintain a welcoming space, and build strong relationships with customers.

Responsibilities

• Handle payments efficiently using the till system.
• Set up the coffee station with all necessary supplies and equipment for a successful shift.
• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages to company standards.
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and well-organized coffee station throughout the day.
• Clean and care for coffee machines and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Assist in the preparation and display of food items, ensuring freshness and visual appeal.
• Keep counters, displays, and service areas clean, tidy, and well-stocked throughout the day.
• Keep seating and service areas clean, tidy, and inviting for customers at all times.
• Support your fellow team members-teamwork is essential to our success.
