The role involves ensuring smooth customer account activation, identifying business opportunities, and advocating for customer needs. Ensure a quick and smooth customer account activation, providing the customer with relevant knowledge for early use.
Continuously monitor and review the adoption plan with the customer to ensure progress aligns with their expectations, facilitate ROI, ensure success during critical stages (e.g., Go Live), and provide long-term support.
Identify and escalate new business opportunities.
Stimulate customer interest by sharing relevant information and facilitating connections with relevant Oracle activities.
Remove barriers by ensuring the progress and rapid resolution of support tickets through engaging relevant teams and defending the customer's interests. Proactively identify structural problems affecting the customer's use of Oracle Cloud and develop resolution plans.
Act as a customer advocate for product features and requirements.
