My client is a leading insurance provider seeking a Genesys Engineer with specialist experience in Bots. This role is outside IR35 and initially for 6 months. It is remote, but candidates must be UK-based and have the right to work (RTW).

Key Skills:

• Genesys Cloud Professional (Active Certification)
• Genesys Cloud Specialist (AI & Bots, Architect preferred)
• 3+ years of experience in deploying/configuring Genesys Cloud
• Strong understanding of bot-building techniques and conversation design
• Experience in building voice/digital bots
