We are currently looking for an excellent Genesys Cloud Engineer to join a leading organisation based within the UK. Within this role, the candidate must be adaptable and detail‑oriented with the ability to develop and deliver high quality results whilst managing the intricacies of implementation.

Salary - £72,000 per annum

Location - Fully Remote, United Kingdom

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the squad when needed, owning technical solutions from identification through to delivery
• Communicate confidently with peers, management and senior leadership
• Proactively develop and refine processes to improve team workflows
• Demonstrate a collaborative, proactive attitude and act as a positive role model
• Design innovative solutions to address complex challenges and support business requirements
• Collaborate with solution architects to produce cross‑system designs and take ownership of outcomes
• Deliver large, multi‑system tasks independently when necessary
• Create technical documentation and provide guidance and feedback when necessary

Key Skills

• Extensive Genesys Cloud architect flow design and build across Voice, Email and Messaging Channels
• Proven track record in developing APIs for seamless integration of third‑party tools and services
• Detailed knowledge of IP Telephony: Cloud Genesys Cloud Edge Devices and SIP Trunking
• Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues including analysing SIP traces
• Previously worked within large contact centres
