NHS Lanarkshire is seeking a highly skilled healthcare professional to lead a multidisciplinary team, driving high-quality patient care and evidence-based practice across a defined specialty. The post involves leading quality improvement, clinical audit and research, plus supervising and developing team members.
The role requires Masters level education, postgraduate specialty expertise and registration with the UK professional body (NMC/HCPC).

As part of a multidisciplinary / multiagency team, the post holder will manage a highly specialist or complex caseload, using evidence based practice and client centred principles to assess, plan and implement care, provide expert advice and support, operating within a defined specialism across NHS Lanarkshire.
You will lead or manage the development and implementation of a programme of quality improvement, clinical audit and research activity. You will lead the supervision, education and development of members of the multidisciplinary team.
