Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited are currently recruiting for a Generator Engineer with diesel or gas engine experience to join a leading power generation specialist in Milton Keynes. You will receive training, overtime rates and work on critical equipment across Buckinghamshire.

The role covers planned and reactive maintenance on diesel and gas generators, fault diagnosis, and service reporting while liaising with customers.

Qualifications

• Must have Level 2+ engineering qualification.
• Strong knowledge of diesel or gas engines.
• Experience working on generators or similar equipment.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Happy to work on a 24-hour callout rota.

Are you a Generator Engineer with experience working on diesel or gas engines looking to join a market-leading power generation specialist, where you'll receive excellent training, attractive overtime rates and the opportunity to work on critical power generation equipment across Buckinghamshire?

This is an opportunity to join a leading international power generation specialist established in 1985. With over 200 employees, the business designs, manufactures, installs and maintains CHP, gas engine, biogas, landfill gas and battery storage systems that help industrial and public sector clients improve energy efficiency and reduce emissions.

In this role, you will carry out planned and reactive maintenance on diesel and gas generators across the Milton Keynes area. You'll diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults, optimise generator performance and work closely with customers to maximise reliability and minimise downtime.

This role would suit a Generator Engineer, Service Engineer or Maintenance Engineer with experience working on diesel engines, gas engines, generators or similar power generation equipment, looking to join a well-established business offering, overtime and long-term career progression.
