Job Title: Generative AI Solution Architect – Azure
Location: London Hybrid (SE1) – 1-2 days onsite
Salary: £70,000 – £85,000 (Negotiable for exceptional candidates)

The Client:
A cutting-edge digital consultancy leading the way in AI transformation across industries including reinsurance, life sciences, retail, and financial services. Recognised as one of Microsoft’s top UK Generative AI partners, they are delivering high-impact AI and ML solutions with some of the biggest names in business.

The Candidate:
You’re a confident and articulate technologist with strong stakeholder presence, pre-sales experience, and the ability to deliver scalable Azure-based AI solutions. You may have a background in Machine Learning, Data Architecture, or DevOps, and are looking to step into a highly visible, forward-facing architect role. You’re passionate about AI, stay ahead of trends, and can hold your own in technically robust conversations.

The Role:
You’ll shape and define AI-led architectures, leading from discovery and pre-sales through to delivery handover. This role is pivotal in shaping GenAI propositions for some of the UK’s leading organisations. You’ll be working with internal architects and client stakeholders to scope and design transformational AI systems, ranging from AI chatbots to enterprise Copilot integrations.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with clients and internal teams to define and architect GenAI solutions.
• Lead pre-sales activities including discovery workshops, PoCs, and demos.
• Architect scalable, robust Azure AI/ML-based solutions.
• Support proposition development and contribute to technical thought leadership. (blogs, talks)
• Travel to client sites where required. (fully expensed over 25 miles)
• 5+ years’ experience in Solution Architecture or ML/AI delivery.
• Pre-sales exposure: confident presenting and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable in fast-paced, enterprise client environments.
• Must live within 1 hour commute of SE1. (London Bridge)
• Experience in insurance, retail, life sciences or financial services.
• Public presence. (e.g., blogs, talks, GitHub contributions)
