Undisclosed, a top-tier global banking organisation, seeks an experienced Programme Manager to lead Generative AI initiatives across multiple business and technology functions in London. You will own end-to-end delivery, governance, and benefits realisation for one or more AI programmes.

With 18+ years in programme delivery, you will manage senior stakeholders, navigate ambiguity, and drive measurable business outcomes in a complex financial services environment.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of programme and project delivery experience.
• Proven track record delivering Generative AI, Advanced Analytics or digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience across retail banking domains and global delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple Generative AI programmes and projects.
• Develop and maintain programme plans with milestones, budgets, and benefits.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across business, technology, risk, compliance, and operations.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Ensure governance, regulatory, security, and risk management requirements.
• Provide executive reporting on status, risks, and outcomes.
• Build strong stakeholder and partner relationships to enable change.
• Support effective change adoption and benefits realisation.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery models and ways of working.
• Manage change control processes and approvals as needed.
• Promote delivery excellence and robust governance throughout execution.
